The SAC Research Center is dedicated to the concept of concentrating in one location easy-to-access and valuable legal resources for use by practitioners and parties engaged in securities arbitration proceedings or broker-dealer litigation. Many of these resources will relate to SAC products and services, but our plan and intent will be to add materials from other sources, if they will enhance the overall value of the Research Center to visitors.

The Research Center corner of the SAC WebSite was launched in October 2007 with the introduction of three sub-sites: Search Back Issues; View Award Surveys; and the Arbitrator Research Base. At least three other elements or sub-sites are planned for launch within the next six to twelve months. Some of these elements are free to all visitors, others are free to subscribers only, but open to other visitors, and some that are not subscription-oriented may involve some charge to utilize.

Use and access to all of the materials and the software that supports the Research Center or its various elements are limited in some way. Efforts to reverse-engineer our software, to use robotics or similar methods to obtain Awards, to download materials with the intent of re-selling them or circulating or broadcasting them outside of one's organization or to a large group of people or numerous small groups of people injures our business and are prohibited by the terms and conditions of use.

The details of these terms and conditions of use are spelled out in agreements peppering the Research Center and you should read them before accepting them. In any case, movement through this Research Center beyond this Homepage by any visitor constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions regarding use as detailed in aforesaid contractual limitations.
