Event: Ethics for Corporate Lawyers 2017 (NY)
Date: 2017-12-21
Details: Dec. 21: "Ethics for Corporate Lawyers 2017," sponsored by the Practising Law Institute, will be held in New York, NY at PLI New York Center. At this unique interactive program based on the video “Negotiation Ethics – Where is the Brink?” faculty will review various everyday ethical scenarios while you “vote” electronically with the rest of the audience on the correct ethical responses. Those who attend this seminar will: be able to examine metadata in draft deal documents; learn when you can contact the opposing business people directly about deal issues; if inside and outside counsel are treated differently under the rules; and learn what issues are presented if transfers of an affiliated company are involved and one of the affiliates is in financial distress. For further information and to register for this event, call 800-260-4PLI or visit www.pli.edu

Regis Fee: $395.00.
