The Securities Arbitration Commentator (“SAC”) is just delighted to welcome you to our new blog, through which we will keep followers informed of key developments in the securities dispute resolution field. Typical blog posts will cover state and federal court cases of importance to our followers, regulatory and rulemaking updates, and the latest news from the securities and alternative dispute resolution worlds. This week, we lead with an analysis of an important United States Supreme Court ruling impacting the financial industry.
We intend to have at least two blog posts a week, consisting of one write-up from each of our two flagship weekly online Alert services, the Securities Arbitration Alert and the Securities Litigation Alert. Follow us on Twitter @SACDispRes to learn when new blog posts are added. We have already loaded over forty weekly selections going back to the first of the year. Going forward, we also plan to have occasional guest blog posts as well. There will be no charge for access.
Expanded Online Presence
The blog is part of our overall effort to expand use of social media and the web. In recent months SAC has increased the use of links in its Alert write-ups, established a robust Twitter presence, which in a very short time has attracted well over 100 followers, launched Securities Litigation Commentator Online, and started upgrading our LinkedIn page.
