Abstract
SAC's update (See SRO Statistics 1994) on the SICA-reported statistics for participating self-regulatory organizations charts a three-year breakout for seven arbitration forums.
Individual forum and group tallies are posted, with statistics on filings, closeouts, small claims, public customer cases, and customer "wins." Commentary addresses caseload trends among the forums, and a second percentage chart profiles each forum's activity-filings, small claims, and customer wins--relative to the group as a whole.
