Abstract
SAC's update (see SRO Statistics 1990) on the SICA-reported statistics for participating self-regulatory organizations charts a three-year breakout for eight arbitration forums.
Individual forum and total tallies for cases received and concluded and statistics for small claims and public customer cases, with customer "wins" broken out, are presented without commentary in SAC's adaptation of the SICA report.
