Abstract
SAC updates its first statistics report (see SRO Statistics 1987) on the self-regulatory organizations with a three-year breakout for eight arbitration forums.
Tallies for total cases received and concluded and statistics for small claims and public customer cases, with customer "wins" broken out, are presented in SAC's adaptation of the SICA reports.
