Abstract
SAC's earliest report on arbitration statistics from the self-regulatory organizations (SROs), for 1987 (the year of the McMahon decision), adopts the format used by SICA in its prior reports.
Tallies for total cases received and concluded and statistics for small claims and public customer cases, with customer "wins" broken out, are presented for seven SROs, including the NASD and NYSE. Data was not available for the Philadelphia Stock Exchange
