Abstract
In response to the growing volume of consumer-based calls to eliminate Non-Public ("Industry") Arbitrators in arbitration, FINRA is pursuing, on several fronts described here, a focused effort to shift the balance toward All-Public Panels. The Panel Composition Chart presents a baseline useful for future comparisons between All-Public vs. Industry and Mixed Panels on a level not previously possible, given the historical scarcity of useful data on All-Public Panels
