Abstract
AAA securities awards decided in 1989 are compared for Claimant wins with newly publicly available awards issuing from the SROs May-December 1989. Despite a sample size discrepancy and reliability affected by the comparatively small AAA sample, results show greater similarity between the forums on the "fairness factor" than common wisdom predicts.
